Use your Pellegrini Vouchers on 360ItalyMarket to purchase Italians Delicatessen.
To use the voucher, it is necessary to have the "Pellegrini UT" APP (Pellegrini User) which will allow the user to generate the OTP code of the voucher they intend to use, based on their availability.
The generated OTP code must be entered into 360ItalyMarket during CheckOut (finalizing the purchase order) in the visible space dedicated to Pellegrini Pay, by clicking on the link "Do you have a Pellegrini voucher? Click here"
When user enters and confirms the OTP code in 360ItalyMarket, the corresponding value in EURO of the vouchers will be immediately deducted from the total vouchers held by the Customer.
The Customer may cancel the order at any time, but to obtain an immediate refund of the corresponding vouchers spent, they must remove the generated Pellegrini discount voucher from the cart, which will appear in orange below the list of purchased products.
In case of order confirmation, the euro value of the generated voucher will be deducted from the total value of the products entered in the cart, excluding shipping costs.
If the remaining amount is not authorized by international circuits, the refund, and therefore the crediting of the spent voucher value, will be handled by Gruppo Pellegrini S.p.a.
In case of exercising the right of withdrawal, the EURO value paid with available payment systems (Bank Transfer, PayPal, Amazon Pay, Stripe) will be refunded by 360ItalyMarket, while the refund of the value and the crediting of the voucher portion will be handled by Gruppo Pellegrini S.p.a.
