INGREDIENTS:

Wheat flour type "0" and "00", water, lard, sugar, dark chocolate 60%, natural vanilla aroma, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids, egg yolk, extra virgin olive oil, salt, whole milk powder, cocoa, sourdough, flavorings.

SMALL TIP:

The product can be consumed at room temperature but, to exalt its organoleptic characteristics, we suggest you to heat it slightly.

SHELF-LIFE

It is kept intact for 70 days from the date of production if kept in a cool and dry place, away from sources of heat and direct light.
