The Mortadella with Wild Fennel is a very special product with its aromatic taste.

Pork, pepper, pistachio, Sicilian wild fennel seeds and garlic are the main ingredients.

The porosity of the meat that characterizes the product is an indication of an entirely artisanal processing.

Created by the producer Morselli, it has irregular lard to the sight because they are cut by hand and, at the moment of the tasting, give a unique feeling. The lards are made from the black pork of the Nebrodi Park, which give the Mortadella  a particular smoothness when tasted.
