What makes it unique is the total absence of dyes, zero traces of gluten and lactose and is produced with 100% Italian meat!
Created by the producer Morselli, for the speck select the best part of the pork.The product is processed using a salting process (the salt is extracted from the salt pans of Trapani) and pepper. Once salting phase is completed, the product is tied by hand.
Smoking is carried out with the use of orange tree and olive wood chips to give the product unique scents.
