The company offers products for a balanced diet through the selection of raw materials. The producers have launched a significant sustainability project, with the main ingredient being "wheat." They have indeed chosen to use only 100% locally grown and processed wheat for their products in Sardinia.
The ideal cultivation areas are Marmilla and the Cabras and Sinis areas.
Here, the best varieties for the production of native ancient cereals are selected: Trigu giganti or Khorasan, Trigu Biancu, Trigu Arrubiu, Trigu Moro, Trigu Cossu, Trigu Murru, Senatore Cappelli. Every day, the wheat supply chain is monitored, measuring each phase that will lead to the production of specialties that will, in the final phase, become products branded as Sardo Sole.
These maccarones are made with the finest Sardinian grains, bronze-drawn, and slowly dried. It is a product of high organoleptic and sensory quality, with an unbreakable connection to the local territory.
The maccarones pairs well with all condiments, but you absolutely must savor them with elaborate sauces!
