Their story begins thanks to three young entrepreneurs - Annaclara Sibilano, Filippo Cannito, and Marianna Difino - united by a passion for  Apulian culinary tradition and the desire to bring these authentic flavors to tables around the world.

They use only high-quality Italian ingredients, with a preference for organic products. They collaborate closely with local farmers to ensure authenticity and sustainability.

Their pasta is made with Senatore Cappelli durum wheat semolina, an ancient variety that guarantees a unique flavor, and the bronze die extrusion gives the pasta a rough surface that better holds sauces. Moreover, the slow drying process preserves the wheat's properties, ensuring an excellent final product.

FarinaeDintorni carefully selects their ingredients, sifting the flours to remove impurities. They promote a short supply chain that values the work of their collaborators and contributes to the economic development of the region.
