The production areas ideal for cultivation are: the Marmilla and the area of Cabras and Sinis.
The producers selected the best varieties of the production of indigenous ancient cereals: Trigu giganti o Khorasan, Trigu Biancu, Trigu Arrubiu, Trigu Moro, Trigu Cossu, Trigu Murru, Senatore Cappelli. Every day the grain supply chain is followed, measuring each step that will lead to the production of the typical products that will become in the final stage the Sardo Sole branded products.
Itrya the ancient name of modern spaghetti. This pasta takes its name from ancient Arabic "Itryah" with means: flatbread cut into strips.
These spaghetti are made with the best Sardinian grains, drawn in bonze and dried slowly. Is a product of high organoleptic and sensory quality, with an indissoluble link with the territory of belonging.
The spaghetti are ideal with all the dressings but, you must absolutely enjoy a fantastic dish of spaghetti with clams!
