Every day the grain supply chain is followed, measuring each step that will lead to the production of the typical products that will become in the final stage the Sardo Sole branded products.

Itrya the ancient name of modern spaghetti. This pasta takes its name from ancient Arabic "Itryah" with means: flatbread cut into strips.

These spaghetti are made with the best Sardinian grains, drawn in bonze and dried slowly. Is a product of high organoleptic and sensory quality, with an indissoluble link with the territory of belonging.
