The company Filiera del Grano Duro Coltivato e Trasformato in Sardegna and under their brand Sardo Sole has created a new line " Le integrali della salute" (the wholemeal of the health), the integral pasta that contains raw materials of great quality, slow-drying artisanal processing and a special format.
On its label you will find all the necessary information: from the origin of the grains and cereals (Sardinia) to the milling of the wheat and cereals used and, an artisanal process that opens with stone milling and closes with a drying of the dough at low temperatures to give you a product with an antique flavor.
The Folla de Obia (olive leaf) have a full-bodied taste, ready to be tasted with simple condiments such as Extra Vergine Olive Oil and cheese or with more complex condiments.
The particular olive leaf shape pays homage to the Sardinian tradition!
