Sweet-and-Sour Red and Yellow Peppers- M&G

Red and yellow peppers are stir fried with a small amount of white wine vinegar at the end of the cooking. After that peppers are put into jars alternating yellow and red ones with a conservation liquid.
SUGGESTIONS FOR THE USE
The M&G sweet-and-sour peppers are typically summer side dish and they are widespread in Venetian cuisine, they are versatile and tasty, perfect to serve like starters with toasted bread, cold cuts and salami & cheeses.
They are perfect with boiled fish, roast beef, grilled meat and for making coloured bruschetta or sandwiches.
