Description

Sour-cherries extra jam with small pieces of sour-cherries, as per tradition. 

Fruit employed: 130 gr. sour-cherry each 100 gr.  end product.

Processing Method: Mixture of sour-cherry and sugar up to suitable gelatinous consistency, by adding citric acid.

Preservation: Store in cool and dry place, at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator (4 years expired if store correctly).
