The pasta factory
Our pasta maker Rino, with our durum wheat flour and the pure water of the springs of the Lattari mountains prepares the pasta using the bronze-drawn pasta process that gives it the correct rugosity and using the slow desiccation that guarantees consistency, flavour and quality.
