Vincenzo, our fourth generation miller, artisan knowledge and with advanced technology of research and analysis, takes care of our wheat and with his capable hands transforms it into durum wheat flour.
The pasta factory
Our pasta maker Rino, with our durum wheat flour and the pure water of the springs of the Lattari mountains prepares the pasta using the bronze-drawn pasta process that gives it the correct rugosity and using the slow desiccation that guarantees consistency, flavour and quality.
