Baldo Risotto with Beans and Sausage - Guerrini

Tasty recipes with Baldo rice, vegetable broth without glutamate and very much the main ingredient. Practical, easy to prepare, inexpensive but, like all the products of Guerrini company, especially good.
Each recipe is the result of careful selection for producers, vegetables and proper dosage of ingredients, well then to respect tradition, from classic to modern risotto.
HOW TO PREPARE:
Boil 1.5 liters of water. Meanwhile in a low and non-stick skillet, sauté with a tablespoon of butter (or olive oil) the content of bag, add to taste a glass of white wine and let evaporate.
Add boiling water to ladles up to cover the rice and continue so until cooked through, stirring occasionally.
When cooked, stir in butter and Parmesan and season with salt.

Dehydrated pork sausage 3%,
Tomato,
Onion,
Garlic.
Packed in a protective atmosphere.
