Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms and Saffron - Collina d'Oro

A tasty risotto with porcini mushrooms and saffron already dosed with all the necessary ingredients to have always at hand a good Italian dish.
INGREDIENTS:
- Carnaroli Rice 91%;
- Granular vegetable broth;
- Dehydrated vegetables (onion, carrot, celery, parsley, sunflower oil, spices, natural flavors);
- Rice flour;
- Porcini mushrooms;
- Saffron.
HOW TO PREPARE:
In a pan a heat two tablespoons of oil, toast the contents of the bag for about a minute by continuing to stir, add to taste half a glass of white wine an stir for a few seconds. Cover with 650 ml of hot water, do not salt and do not add other seasonings.
During cooking, stir occasionally and if necessary add some hot water until cooked (about 18 minutes).
Remove from heat and stir as you like.
