Brown rice aroma reminiscent of freshly baked bread. Natural born in Italy by crossing an Asia black variety and Italian. The natural black color is given by the presence of anthocyanin, powerful antioxidants. Being integral, the Black rice contains a quantity of fibers and minerals, such as selenium, manganese, zinc and iron, higher that the white rice. The black rice also does not contains gluten.
It is suitable for different preparations, from risotto to salads and as accompaniment to main courses of fish and white meats.
