Organic Red Vegan Pesto with Tofu - Artigiana Genovese

A vegan Red Pesto, made without any ingredients derived from animals. It’s a dairy free Pesto, in which the sun-dried Tomatoes together with the Genovese Basil P.D.O. are blended with Tofu.
Studied for those people who are following a vegan lifestyle or simply are intolerant to all dairy products.
Some serving suggestions: to accompany pasta just add a few tablespoons of cooking water to Vegan Red Pesto and then pour over the hot pasta and mix together thoroughly: a very simple dish with an excellent flavour!
The Vegan Red Pesto is also delicious spread on toasted slices of bread and on sandwiches. As an additional ingredient to bring out the taste of sauces and pasta dishes.
INGREDIENTS:
Sun-dried tomatoes preparation 50% (sun-dried tomatoes 59%, extra virgin olive oil, salt, sugar, capers, oregano, basil, white wine vinegar) extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, Genovese basil PDO in extra virgin olive oil 11%, Tofu 1,2%, pine kernels, apple fibre, garlic, salt.
It may contain traces of milk, nuts.
GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCT.
SHELF LIFE:
18 months. Keep in a cool and dry place at room temperature.
Once opened, it is advisable to cover with olive oil after use and to store in the refrigerator.
