A Vegan Pesto, made without any ingredients derived from animals. It’s a dairy free Pesto, in which the Genovese Basil P.D.O. is blended  with Tofu.

This special version has a surprising flavour similar to the one of the traditional Pesto. Studied for those people who are following a vegan lifestyle or simply are intolerant to all dairy products. 

Excellent with pasta, boiled vegetables and potatoes, as a dressing for salad and to be spread on sandwiches, croutons and toasted bread for appetizer.

INGREDIENTS:

Extra virgin olive oil, cashew nuts, Genovese basil PDO in extra virgin olive oil 25%, tofu 3%, pine kernels, apple fibre, garlic, salt.

It may contain traces of milk, nuts.

GLUTEN-FREE PRODUCT.

SHELF LIFE:

12 months. Keep in a cool and dry place at room temperature (21 °C - 24 °C).

Once opened, it is advisable to cover with olive oil after use and to store in the refrigerator.
