La Ciao Frank Beer - Birra La Dama

High fermentation beer, inspired by those beers originally produced in Belgian and Dutch monasteries or abbeys, with a strong body and an important alcohol content.

It has a deep amber color with copper and orange hues. On the nose has hints of malt, honey and ripe fruit. On the palate it has sweet notes of malt and biscuit, aftertaste of dried fruit, red and ripe, almond and hazelnut.

FOOD PAIRINGS:

It goes perfectly with dishes such as steamed or grilled vegetables and white fish, white meat, meat terrines and baked fish, cured meats, fresh cheeses, blue cheese or gorgonzola, pasta with light seasonings also with tomato. Its high alcohol content makes it also suitable for more structured foods such as: vegetables and fish cooked on the grill or barbecue, appetizers of cured or smoked meats, semi-matured cheeses with medium-strong notes, pork such us sausages, shanks and adult beef but, is also ideal in combination with pasta with  seasonings of intense flavors. A real wild card.
