Our business model is based on D2C (Direct To Consumer), meaning that goods ordered through the portal are shipped directly from the manufacturer to the customer, thus adhering to the principles of "short supply chain" which ensure freshness and quality of the purchased products.
Digital payments can be made through the popular platforms PayPal and Amazon Pay, or via Stripe with credit cards using the most recognized circuits worldwide such as VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS, etc.
Digital payment is made directly through the circuits and is protected by certified SSL encryption, therefore 360ItalyMarket has no possibility of viewing and/or storing customer payment data.
It is also possible to pay by bank transfer, but the merchandise will only be dispatched by the manufacturer after the credited sums are received in the bank account of GB s.r.l.s.
Shipments are made through express courier, with delivery times of 3/4 working days for shipments within Italy and 10 working days for shipments outside Italy.
