360ItalyMarket offers its customers a loyalty program called "Gusto Club" through which it is possible to earn points based on the amount spent in the cart.
Gusto Club points can be used to generate a discount voucher that can be used for future purchases.
The rules for using the loyalty program are as follows:
Art.1): Who can participate in the program
Every customer who makes purchases by registering an account is eligible for the program.
Customers who make purchases as "Guests" without registering are not eligible for the program.
In all cases, 360ItalyMarket reserves the right to admit or not admit customers to the program at its sole discretion.
Art.2): Program operation mechanism
Registered customers are eligible to participate in the program, which allows them to earn Gusto Club points based on the amounts spent in their cart.
To convert Gusto Club points into rewards, customers must convert them into a discount voucher that, when entered into the cart, deducts the total value of the voucher from the total purchase amount.
At the time of conversion, all converted Gusto Club points will be deducted from the available points balance.
The discount voucher must be used within 10 days of being generated.
Art.3): Acquisition of Gusto Club points
Gusto Club points are acquired by the customer during a purchase with an "Accepted" payment result.
One loyalty point is earned for every €1.00 spent on products, excluding shipping costs.
Customers can view their Gusto Club points status on the 360ItalyMarket.com portal in the customer area.
To check the status of their points, customers must log in to the platform.
Art.4): Value of points and conversions
When a user reach 500 Gusto Club Points, it will be possible to convert them into a €15.00 purchase voucher, which can be used by inserting it into the cart during the checkout process.
Gusto Club points have a duration of 365 days from the moment they are earned.
The conversion of Gusto Club points into a discount voucher can be done in your user area.
There is no need to spend a minimum amount to earn points, but 500 Gusto Club points are required to make the conversion into a discount voucher.
To use the voucher, a minimum spend of €15.00 excluding shipping costs is required, and the maximum convertible value per voucher is €30.00.
Once generated, the discount voucher is valid for 10 days, during which it must be used, otherwise it will expire.
Points converted into discount vouchers cannot be reconverted to Gusto Club points for the customer.
Under no circumstances can discount vouchers be converted into cash.
The voucher cannot be combined with other ongoing initiatives and is valid for a single purchase.
Points cannot be transferred from one account to another.
Art.5): Duration of the Gusto Club program
The Gusto Club program has no expiration date.
However, 360ItalyMarket reserves the right to terminate the Gusto Club program at its sole discretion without any obligation to reimburse or compensate any participating customers. Failure to use the points within the established terms implies the forfeiture of any rights by the customer.
