Extra Virgin Olive Oil "Il Lorese"

Extra Virgin Olive Oil comes from olives hand harvested with mechanical facilitators in the olive grove of the own estate. The main olive varieties are Piantone di Mogliano and Leccino. 

The extraction process is performed with controlled temperature in the own oil mill within 24 hours from the harvesting. The oil extracted is purified with cardboard filter and put in stainless steel vats in a nitrogen atmosphere, avoiding in this way the oxidation processes and assure a high organoleptic quality.
