Organic Lemon-Flavoured Extra Virgin Olive Oil - Oleum Sabinae

The Lemon Flavoured Oil of the producer Oleum Sabinae is obtained by mixing Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil and Organic Lemon Concentrate.

TASTING NOTES:

The aroma releases a feeling of freshly squeezed lemon and  the taste is sweet and fresh with a slightly bitter aftertaste of lemon peel.

Excellent for seasoning all this dishes that require the addition of lemon such as steamed vegetables, fish, white meat and salads.

The use of this dressing can give the dish a more rounded and pleasant taste of lemon, avoiding the sour note that would bring fresh fruit.

STORAGE:

The oil should be kept in a cool and dry area away from sunlight.
