As in ancient peasant tradition, the chopped sour-cherries blend into a jam that keeps in itself the acidic notes of the freshly picked fruit.

PROCESSING METHOD:
Product obtained from the mixture of sour cherries and sugar.
CONSERVATION:
Store at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator.
