Pastificio Italyca is a young Lucana reality that was born on the Matera Hill. The passion for the ancient traditions of Matera and the quality of the grains of the hill of Matera have meant that the creation of this pasta is unique. The processing and production system is entirely artisanal to maintain the traditions of pasta processing but, above all, not altering the organoleptic and nutritional substances of the product.
In fact, Pastificio Italyca uses only durum wheat of the territory of Matera with high protein content, selecting them for climatic and organoleptic variables of the soils.
The Gnocchi Lucani of Pastificio Italyca thanks to their shape and the characteristics of roughness and thickness are particularly suitable with legumes and fish!
