Tito's perseverance led to the discovery of the most promising vine-growing lands, investing in unexpected places. In addition to Montepulciano d'Abruzzo, Santone pays attention to various other grape varieties.

Family tradition is fundamental to Santone Vini, with Tito's three sons actively involved in management. With over 180 hectares of vineyards between the Gran Sasso and the Adriatic Sea, Santone Vini produces five labels, including three Abruzzo DOCs: Montepulciano, Trebbiano, and Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, and two IGTs, Pecorino and Passerina, embodying the authentic Italian taste.

Santone Vini also offers exceptional sparkling wines, including two Extra Dry white Sparkling wines, made from Pecorino and Passerina grapes, and an Extra Dry Rosé Sparkling wine, crafted from Montepulciano d'Abruzzo. These sparkling wines shine with freshness and flavor, perfect for celebrating and sharing special moments.

PRODUCTION AREA: Abruzzo Region.

GRAPE VARIETY: 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo.

SPARKLING WINE PRODUCTION: Delicate sparkling wine, obtained directly from the second fermentation of the wine in small, low-temperature stainless steel autoclaves for an entire process lasting approximately 45 days.

FROTH: Abundant and evanescent, fine-grained and persistent perlage.

ATMOSPHERIC PRESSURE: 5 atm at 20 °C.

ALCOHOL CONTENT: 12%.

COLOR: Deep pink.

PERFUME: Finely fruity, delicate bouquet, aromatic, well balanced and of great elegance.

TASTE NOTES: Clean, soft, reminiscent of cherry.

FOOD PAIRINGS: Excellent as an aperitif, ideal with refined dishes and cheeses.
