In the Heart of Picturesque Abruzzo Vineyards: Santone Vini - A Passion Passed Down Through Generations!

Amidst the picturesque vineyards of Abruzzo lies a story of dedication, passion, and tradition. This story bears the name of Santone Vini, a brand that holds the legacy of Tito Gabriele Santone, a man whose roots run deep in the farming soil.

From a young age, Tito spent his days among the grapevines, nurturing a passion for wine that would later drive his entrepreneurial spirit to realize a dream in 2013: founding Santone Vini. His journey was marked by challenges and sacrifices, but also by extraordinary triumphs and progress.

Tito's tenacity led him to discover the most promising vine-growing lands, investing in seemingly challenging locations and betting on the hidden potential of the region.

But what truly sets Santone Vini apart is their unwavering dedication to producing high-quality wines, an art that begins with the care of the vines and skillfully blends tradition with technological innovation.

Today, family tradition is a fundamental pillar of the company's development, with Tito's three sons actively involved in its management. Over 180 hectares of vineyards, embraced by the majestic Gran Sasso and the enchanting Adriatic Sea, serve as the stage for their passion. While Montepulciano d'Abruzzo is their main cultivation, they also give equal care and attention to other grape varieties.

The magic begins to take shape in the cellar of Notaresco, where five distinctive wine labels are crafted, including three prestigious Abruzzo DOCs: Montepulciano, Trebbiano, and Cerasuolo d'Abruzzo, along with two IGTs, Pecorino and Passerina. These wines embody the very essence of Italian taste, shaped by passion, meticulous attention to detail, and the family tradition that beats at the heart of Santone Vini.

Organic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is one of the company's most precious gems. The choice to cultivate vines organically is not only a tribute to the region's generous nature but also a commitment to ensure the purity and authenticity of the product. Organic grapes are grown without the use of pesticides or chemical fertilizers, allowing the aromas and flavors of the region to emerge with all their intensity in the glasses of Santone wines.

Organic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is a true ode to the enological tradition of Abruzzo. The unique terroir of this region imparts a distinctive character to the grapes, resulting in a full-bodied wine rich in ripe red fruits, spices, and earthy notes. Aging in oak barrels adds further complexity and depth to this wine, making it a splendid companion to Italian dishes like roasts, pasta with hearty sauces, and aged cheeses.

Santone Vini is not merely a wine producer but also a guardian of Abruzzo's wine culture. Each sip of their wines tells a story of commitment, love for the land and tradition, and the legacy of generations who cultivated a passion for wine as a true treasure. With Santone Vini, organic Montepulciano d'Abruzzo DOC is more than just a wine; it's a celebration of a region, a family, and a passion passed down through generations.
