Roberta Zucchini is a pale-skinned variety with few seeds in its flesh and in fresh consumption it has a good maintenance of the flower and so it keeps the freshness of the product.
Roberta Zucchini are cut into rounds and put into water with vinegar for a few minutes, then you should put them into jars with sunflower oil, pepper, oregano and onion.
SUGGESTIONS FOR THE USE
M&G Roberta Zucchini are good with sweet-and-sour sauce and they give life to an intense and particular tasty side dish, enriched by the flavour of the oregano and onion. They are perfect to compliment meat dishes or fish dishes, but they are perfect also as delicious and tasty starters.
They are very good served cold or hot during summer, with cheese and cold cuts.
