These Cuneesi with Genepy are a true labor of love, handcrafted and utterly unique, crafted from a time-honored 1905 recipe.

Each one is meticulously hand-crafted and individually wrapped, preserving the cherished tradition. These delectable treats are crafted with a dual-layered meringue, enveloping a sumptuous chocolate ganache infused with the exceptional "Genepy" liqueur: an iconic alpine spirit distilled from the mugwort plant. This liqueur is well-known and cherished in Piedmont and Valle d'Aosta, evoking the classic scents of flavors of mountain herbs.

Pasticceria Brignone's Cuneesi with Genepy are gluten-free, allowing everyone to indulge in this delicacy, although traces of wheat flour and nuts may be present.

INGREDIENTS:

Sugar, Organic Dark Chocolate (organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, organic vanilla extract), milk, free-range eggs, rice starch, Genepy from the Piedmont Alps (20%), enrobed in luscious dark chocolate.
