Its colour is clear and brilliant. The bouquet is intense, with distinct almond-like notes from the sour cherry stone, enriched by hints of ripe morello cherry.

On the palate, it is smooth and enveloping, with a dry finish that further enhances the aromatic expression of sour cherry, leaving a long and persistent aftertaste.

It pairs beautifully with both dark and milk chocolate; however, its finest expression is as a contemplative spirit, to be savoured slowly.
