Cheese with White and Black Truffle - Caseificio Facchini
Semi-matured Soft Cheese
The Caseificio Facchini is located in the Umbria region in the province of Perugia, a hilly-mountainous area that allows the exploitation of pastures. This area ha remained, fortunately, practically intact and has recreated the natural habitat for the development of the truffles. In fact, in recent times many companies have been born that have specialized in the processing of truffles.
The Facchini brothers, great experts in cheese production and great connoisseurs of truffles produce this wonderful cheese. They clean the truffle with great care and let it dry well on wooden tables. Once ready, it is mixed in the freshly made cheese peaces, and left to mature for a few months before being put on the market.
Now as all the great cheeses it has been copied but, not using the same production technique of the Facchini brothers, you can easily recognize their product from the imitated one.
It is not by chance that it is called "cheese with truffle" and not "truffle cheese".

Milk bovine, salt, rennet, Tuber aestivum truffle 1%, Tuber albidum truffle 0,5%, flavorings 0,02%.
