Capoccia Bio was born out of a love for the land and Umbrian traditions, with roots tracing back to the early 1900s when Cesare Capoccia moved to Morano Osteria, a small village in Gualdo Tadino, to passionately cultivate the fertile Umbrian hills. Since then, the Capoccia family has passed down the art of agriculture from generation to generation, growing alongside the company while preserving a strong bond with nature and tradition.

Today, Capoccia Bio has taken a step into the future by embracing organic farming methods and reviving ancient local crops, a true agricultural treasure.
