This unique combination brings the colors, aromas, and flavors of the central Marche landscapes to the table, spanning gentle hills and biodiverse Apennine areas.

This artisanal recipe is designed for those who wish to enjoy a nutritious, wholesome, and naturally balanced dish, rich in fiber and plant-based proteins. The result is a warm, aromatic soup that tells the story of the agricultural and rural heritage of the region.

Unlike industrial preparations, Sun-Kissed Soup contains no preservatives and is made exclusively with selected ingredients grown in the company’s “Garden of Good Herbs”, a dedicated space preserving aromatic and wild plant species native to the Marche.

PREPARATION RECOMMENDATIONS:

1. Gently crush the saffron threads in the sachet using a teaspoon.
2. Place the saffron powder in a small cup with hot broth, cover, and let infuse for at least 30 minutes.
3. Prepare a light sauté of carrot and onion in a pot.
4. Add 2 liters of vegetable broth, then pour in the contents of the package. Stir well and bring to a boil.
5. Simmer over medium heat for 30–35 minutes, adjusting salt and pepper to taste.
6. At the end of cooking, add the saffron infusion, let rest for a few minutes, and serve with a drizzle of high-quality extra virgin olive oil.
