INGREDIENTS:

CUNEESI: Sugar, Organic Dark Chocolate (organic cocoa mass, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, emulsifier: soy lecithin, organic vanilla extract), milk, free-range eggs, rice starch, coated with dark chocolate. The four liqueurs used in the various ganaches are: Rum (16%); Genepy (20%); Cointreau (16%); and Barolo Grappa (16%).

PERSIPIEN: Organic Dark Chocolate (organic cocoa beans, organic cane sugar, organic cocoa butter, organic vanilla extract; emulsifier: soy lecithin), peach puree (sugar, peach pulp (35%), glucose-fructose syrup), amaretti cookies (sugar, almonds, eggs).

TORRONCINO: Extra Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla extract, soy lecithin); Cocoa: 57% min. sugar, nougat (eggs, honey, almonds, hazelnuts), vegetable margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable fats), water, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), salt (0.1%), flavor, acidifier: citric acid.

PRALINA CHOCOLATE AND HAZELNUT: Extra Dark Chocolate (cocoa beans, cane sugar, cocoa butter, natural vanilla extract, soy lecithin); Cocoa: 57% min. sugar, hazelnuts, vegetable margarine (palm and rapeseed vegetable fats), water, emulsifiers (mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, lecithin), salt (0.1%), flavor, acidifier: citric acid.
