Sorghum flour is rich in essential nutrients for the body, such as: niacin, riboflavin, thiamine, magnesium, iron, copper, calcium, phosphorous and potassium.
Sorghum flour is useful fro promoting digestion, for feeding diabetics and for controlling insulin and glucose levels in the blood.
This product also contains antioxidant substances, useful against free radicals. Thanks to the high magnesium content, sorghum flour also facilitate the absorption of calcium.
Sorghum flour is used in bread making and is excellent for making savory cakes but, it is also ideal for the preparation of cookies.
