Pasta d'Alba produces artisanal pasta made with flours of high quality of organic farming, it is dried at low temperature for more than 20 hours and bronze drawn as per tradition.

Pasta d'Alba uses a wide selection of flours that exalt the character of this pasta!

Pasta d'Alba decided to use the amaranth flour, for this kind of pasta. 

Amaranth is rich in protein, about 16%, and it has a high nutrition value because it contains almost twice as much lysine, an essential amino acid which almost all other cereals lack of. 

It is also a good source of fiber. It is a highly digestible food also suitable for children and seniors.
