INGREDIENTS:
Chickpeas 90%, summer black truffle (tuber aestivum vitt) 3%, saffron 2%, corn seed oil, citric acid, salt.
The cream does not contain gluten.
SUGGESTION FOR THE USE:
This imperial cream is ideal for first and second courses. Try it preparing a totally vegan risotto!
CONSERVATION:
It can be kept for 2 years. When the jar is open, it is advisable to always topping up with oil and keep in the fridge for a maximum of 20 days.
