Founded in the 1940s as a small family-run farm in the heart of Piedmont, Maddalena has built its identity on direct cultivation of the land. Over time, it has evolved into a specialised producer of fruit and vegetables, while preserving its artisanal vocation. Today, the company produces preserved vegetables in oil, fruit preserves, and traditional Piedmontese antipasti, inspired by simple, authentic recipes that appeal to the most refined international palates.

The Artichoke & Chili Bruschetta is made from just a few essential, carefully selected ingredients: hand-processed artichokes, chili pepper, and olive oil. A simple yet bold combination that enhances the authentic flavour of artichokes, enriched by a balanced hint of heat. The result is a smooth, characterful spread, ideal for serving on bread or bruschetta.

Thanks to its texture and aromatic profile, it is also excellent as a condiment for original cold pasta salads, adding a Mediterranean and flavourful touch to everyday recipes.

All stages of production, from raw material processing to packaging, are carried out within the farm. The artichokes are processed immediately after harvest to preserve their freshness, texture, and full organoleptic qualities.

Maddalena strictly follows the seasonal rhythm of its raw materials, using ingredients only at their natural peak. This ensures authenticity and respect for the agricultural cycle, reflecting a true farm-to-table philosophy.
